How do you play Color Flood?
You own the area in the top-left corner. Tap a color and your whole area changes to it, absorbing every touching tile of that color. Keep going until the entire board is one color, before you run out of moves.
What is the target?
The target is the number of moves a solver needs to fill that board. Finish within the target for 3 stars, one move over for 2 stars, and within the move limit for 1 star. Careful players can beat the target.
How does the daily puzzle work?
Everyone gets the same board each day. Solve it in as few moves as you can, and use the challenge link to see whether a friend can beat your move count on the same board.
How can I solve boards in fewer moves?
Do not just pick the color that grabs the most tiles right now. Look for colors that connect separate patches, and clear small isolated areas early so they do not cost extra moves later.
Is there a color-blind mode?
Yes. Every color has its own symbol. Tap the shapes button above the board to show the symbols on every tile.
